Monday's cartoon

This is an age old prayer, "God, give me a sign." They asked Jesus for a sign in the gospels, and we continue to ask today. If God would only do a trick for me, then I would believe. But it's not true...we wouldn't believe. The truth is that he has given us a sign, it's his son hanging on a cross, dead in the tomb, risen from the dead, savior of the world. If that sign isn't good enough we wouldn't believe no matter what sign God would give. Maybe this is the right sign for our time, what do you think?

It's brilliant, even if most of the sign is black.
