As we watched the news last night with our family in Iowa a news segment focused on a ministry to young sex slaves in Africa.  These two Iowans started a ministry to help these young women escape the sex trade in Ethiopia.  Their idea was to buy these girls out of slavery, house them, feed them, train them and give them a trade.  The resources to make this happen come from the sales of scarves made by the girls themselves.  We immediately went online and purchased five scarves.  I invite you to visit their site and purchase a scarf as well as read the stories of what they are doing to rescue the girls in these slave trades.  You can visit their site here: Beza Threads: Redeeming Child Sex Slaves.  You can also find them on Facebook HERE.
