The enemies best weapons are deception and accusation. First, he deceives us into sin telling us God is holding something back from us, cheating us of "pleasure". Then, when we sin, he accuses us of that sin and of our unworthiness of forgiveness or love.
It's the same tricks he's used for centuries. He has none better! First, the deception, then the accusation for falling for the deception. What a evil being he is! How foolish we are to fall for his age old tricks.
